Operation House St. Louis (OHS)has been in operation for over 10 years at TUAC. This program rehabs distressed property and transforms them into livable apartments for low to middle income people.

The rent is aligned to the budgets of low and moderate income clients. The funds from the rent garnered from rent is reinvested back into other property with other sources of income to keep the program going. There are many distressed properties in the metro St. Louis area and OHS seeks to address this issue as well as chronic homelessness.

OHS educates potential clients on maintaining their finances as well as providing them livable apartments. OHS seeks to address the problems so mentioned by providing financial counseling, affordable housing, and economical rental fees as well. This program runs yearly and renews each fiscal year.
